I remember as a little girl drawing and crafting were my favorite things to do. I loved figuring out how to do things. Often times my parents would find me sitting and watching them around the house, always asking questions and if I could help.
To me, DIY and design has always been a natural part of my curiosity.
It's been an opportunity to express my creativity and find the layers of who I am. It's followed me all of my life and it's transformed and given me purpose.
I've realized that this passion is shared amongst many and I find true fulfillment helping women get their DIY journey off on the right start.
Over the past 10 years I have help hundreds of women through social media and workshops to encourage them to pick up a power tool & DIY.
I dove headfirst into learning—reading, watching, and DIY’ing. I’ve gone through all the trial and errors, taken classes, became OSHA certified in construction and safety, volunteer with Habitat for Humanity’s home repair team.. I’ve truly immersed myself in this world, so that I can teach you.
And the best part? You don't have to be a professional to start. All you need is the desire to take that first step - you got this!
